salt in the air, sand in my hair

Well hello 2013!

Where have I been my good friends?
I’ve been in hipster heaven; Byron Bay!

Along with our fellow fun loving friends The Jacksons, we had 7 nights bliss at a beach house in Suffolk Park which is a little suburb of Byron Bay on the north coast of NSW.

We stayed at the Tijuana South of the Border Beach House owned by local artist Gabriel Rosati.

tijuana1tijuana2We swam, read, cooked, drank Coronas, cider & margaritas, swung in the hammock and thoroughly chilled out.

  1. Looks fabulous! Even though Byron is only a few hours from me.. I’ve only ever driven through it once – how sad! Must stay there some time! I hope you got all the sand out of Harley 🙂

  2. What a great house! I haven’t been to Byron for years. I went twice in a row (broke a long drought there – yes, THAT kind of drought; so went back 6mths later in case it was my lucky charm… alas!).
